For the past several years, Rikke has worked full-time as a ceramic artist. She is represented in galleries in Denmark and internationally. She is also a very experienced instructor who has taught more than 300 people in her studio in Copenhagen and various community studios.

I can't log in
Usually when people can't log in it is because they are using a different email to log in with, that the one they were logged in with when they paid for the workshop. Alway use the correct email, it solves the problem 95% af the time. It that dosen't help, try logging in from another device AND remove all cookies from your cache. This fixes the problem for the last 5%.

How long will I have access?
You will have access to the workshop for 360 days. In that time you can watch it as many times as you would like. After the 360 days you will no longer have access, but you can still be a member of the "Help" community on Facebook. If you haven't watched the workshop within the 360 days, you will need to buy it again to watch it.

Where can I get help during the workshop?
The workshop does not come with any personal tutoring. BUT on Facebook you will have the option to become a member of a "Help" community in the shape of a private group. When you buy the workshop, you will get the name of the Group and the password. The only way to get help is by participating in this group. You can show pictures/videos and then the other members will help. Rikke Laursen will help by answering the most common questions, but she will not personally be answering each and every student.

Why is TAX/VAT added?
Tax/VAT is added based on your location. It is not a Tax/VAT that I collect, it is however a fee that Thinkific.com is obliged to charge depending on the tax-rules of the country you are located in. No, the workshop is private, and it is not allowed to share it with anyone.
